Buy a Cabin

We bought Gobblers Mountain Resort last August. Our focus now is building a new 20-slip community dock, where owners can purchase up to two slips per household.

We’ll have two 1-bedroom cabins coming to market in late spring or early summer. Both are currently being remodeled with reinforced decks, large sliding glass doors, and updated white and blue finishes.

For the right buyer, there may be an opportunity to purchase 2 cabins and 2 slips together as a package.
